Guests enjoy a buffet dinner from 6:00 to 6:30 PM, then settle in for the main Polynesian show from 6:30 to 7:45 PM. The evening concludes with a cast meet & greet from 7:45 to 8:00 PM. Cultural activities include coconut tree climbing, fire-making, lei making, hula lessons, and coconut-headband weaving. The island buffet features salads, fresh fruit, lomi lomi salmon, Hawaiian sweet rolls, poi, steamed veggies, rice, chow mein, Huli Huli chicken, kalua pork, and seasonal desserts. Complimentary beverages include coffee, hot tea, and fruit punch. Wine, beer, and tropical cocktails are available for purchase or with drink tickets at the Tiki Bar.
